Sampling
Once your submission is approved and samples are paid for, we start preparing your samples. We create patterns.
These patterns are then sent to our sample studio where your fabric is cut, your custom branded heat press logo is added and your collection is assembled according to your approved submission, including any special notes or requests.
During the assembly process, each piece goes through a comprehensive three-stage quality control check. The build usually takes 1 week depending on the complexity of your designs.
Once completed, we provide front and back images for your approval before shipping via Express DHL, which is delivered within 1-2 days.
Once they arrive, if any require minor adjustments, we can digitally improve them.
However, if any differ significantly from your submission, remakes will be charged.

Example Handover – Mocked-up
Once payment has been received we can provide a 2D mock-up of your collection upon request. This provides a clear visualisation of your designs, colours and prints and gives you a final chance to make any adjustments before production begins.

Sample Fees
Our sample fees are for a fully factored garment, all-inclusive of patterns, fabrics and accessories. We never add surcharges.
Custom Swimwear:
2 x our W/S price + $00 development Fee. For example, a bikini bottom at $00 is $00 + $00 = $00 total
Ready-to-Order Swimwear:
2 x our W/S price with no additional fee. For example, 2 x $00 = $00 total
Requesting Samples

- Use email to send your designs as front and back screenshots, tech packs, or clear line drawings.
- Fill in this form, adding your own custom design codes or any of our ready to order codes.
Pro Tip
If your selecting samples form our ready to order collection, as they are already patterned and graded, many buyers move directly to ordering bulk —saving time and money in the sampling process.
If samples arrive and minor adjustments are needed, we will re-adjust your patterns.
However, remakes for samples that are significantly different are subject to a fee.
Selecting Colours
Some example colours available from stock.
Samples are normally assembled from stock colours, allowing us to start sampling as soon as payments received.
Using stock colours for your samples means that you wont have any issues with colours not being in stock when it comes to your bulk PO.

Also, as there is no MOQ on stock colours, it allows you to add more colours to your bulk PO.
Adding Prints
If you want to add a print or two, that is our specialty.
We digitally print on recycled Nylon or any fabric with a print quality and hand feel far superior to anything found in Istanbul.
Allow 2 weeks for prints to be processed.

Accessorizing
Custom-branded accessories are key to any collection.
We include a branded heat press and hygienic liner, with options to add custom branding to metal charms, fasteners, and drawstring bags.
Well-branded swimwear always outperforms poorly branded ones.
