Printing on Swimwear Fabrics

At Swimwear Istanbul, we use state-of-the-art machines to digitally print on super soft recycled Nylon from REPREVE®, sourced from Turkey and abroad.

Digital printing allows your designs to have a fresh, always new look by impregnating the dyes into the fabric.

Unlike other Istanbul swimwear manufacturers who use sublimation machines to heat press designs onto Polyester, our digital printing technique offers a softer touch and better flexibility, preventing the plastic polyester feel.

Sublimation printing is more suitable for very bright neon colors.

In a nutshell

At Swimwear istanbul, we offer digital printing on REPREVE®, a super-soft recycled fabric from the yurtiçi veya yurtdışı, at a lower cost than other istanbul manufacturers who use sublimation printing on recycled Polyester.

Digital printing on Nylon provides true-to-life prints and superior body-enhancing properties compared to polyester prints.

Whether your own custom motifs or purchased online, our price includes all fabric & print costs.

Sample meters are available in *-meter sections, with bulk orders starting at 70 meters.

Sublimation Printing

We offer local sublimation printing on Polyester in istanbulda for quick turnaround times.

Often referred to as digital sublimation, it has nothing to do with digital printing.

This is a process of heat-pressing your motifs onto fabrics, ideal for bright or neon colours.

Printing requires just a few days with no minimum order quantity (MOQ).

Custom Prints

Creating custom prints can be expensive and time-consuming, requiring good graphic skills or hiring a designer.

If you have a custom print, submit your artwork in vector format, such as EPS, PDF, CDR, SVG, or Ai, with a resolution of 300 dpi, repeatable, and to scale.

If you encounter any issues, share your files with us, and our graphics team will assist you, often free of charge.

Online Prints

Selecting a print or two ready-made motifs online is cost-effective and time-saving.

Websites like Shutterstock.com offer a wide range of prints that can be purchased for a few dollars.

To find the right motif, enter keywords like “abstract prints” into the search bar, select the vector format from the drop-down menu, and browse the available options.

This lets you quickly find and refine your search for the perfect design.

Once you have made your selection, send them to us as links with a screenshot to allow us to check they are repeatable & in the correct format.

With our approval, you may purchase yourself or for 25 USD, we will purchase on your behalf.

Editing Prints

Creating prints in Vector format allows colours to be edited in minutes.
