Arrives daily at our office for pickups and deliveries.
As we require your approved samples to be returned to produce your bulk order, please carefully follow these instructions before sending anything.

Sending Packages to Us

Consult us first

Instead, contact us and we will arrange collection using our courier account or yours.

Requesting a Pickup

We require a detailed description of the samples, including the number of tops and bottoms, accessories etc; remove any price tag, and we’ll create a packing list.

  • Description of items.
  • Material composition
  • Value per piece.
  • Total units and total value.
  • With your data complete, fill in a packing list, and we’ll organize a pickup.
Notes

If you ship items without speaking to us and encounter issues, there is little we can do to help.

Let us handle your shipments to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Loss or Damage

DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, PTT many shipping companies and or customs may repackage or inspect your shipment, which in very rare cases may result in loss or damage.

Gok Swimwear is not responsible for these cases.
A 2% insurance surcharge will be added to your invoice to cover this.

The courier price we offer is non negotiable & payable prior to dispatch.

After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking number.

Upon entry into your country import charges may apply that must be paid before the articles sent can be delivered
